Leadership Essentials

The program is designed to help you build your leadership capabilities in three areas:

  1. Leading Yourself - Self awareness through the EQi assessment or Integrative Enneagram™ Assessments with our trained facilitators.

  2. Understanding the leadership framework.

  3. Leading Others - Intercultural awareness, developing dynamic teams, communication, leading next-gen in the workplace, navigating difficult conversations.

  4. Leading Change- Organizational change, change management tools, stakeholder engagement.

The Leadership Essentials Program combines theory to help you understand leadership, as well as a lot of practical tools to help you in your personal leadership journey as well as lead your team.  This program is built on activities and principles that get you and your team ready to reach new heights.

Here is how the program breaks down:

Leading Yourself

  • Self-awareness through the EQi assessment or Integrative Enneagram™ and group coaching with our certified facilitators.

  • Understanding unconscious bias and assumptions.

  • Understanding the leadership framework - writing a vision, values, barriers to success, articulating your strengths and building on the why of your organization.

Leading Others

  • Developing strong team dynamics, teamwork

  • Communication for performance

  • Communication for difficult situations

  • Leading next-gen in the workplace

Leading Change

  • Organizational change

  • Change management tools (Stakeholder mapping, change models)

  • Introduction to systems change

    Total program length: 26 hours. *This program qualifies for the Canada-Alberta Jobs Grant

Leading Dynamic Teams

This program is designed to help you lead your teams to better personal performance.

  1. Leading Yourself - Self Awareness through the Integrative Enneagram™, understanding unconscious bias, understanding the leadership framework.

  2. Leading Others - What builds teams and what brings good teams down, communication tools for performance leadership and for difficult conversations. Intercultural communication, understanding generational leadership in organizations.

Leading Dynamic Teams program is designed to help you lead your teams to better personal and group performance. To better understand how to lead your team, we start with learning more about yourself through powerful and effective assessments, then we give you the tools you need to lead others.

Leading Yourself

  • Self Awareness through the Integrative Enneagram™ or the EQi Assessment

  • Understanding unconscious bias

  • Understanding the leadership framework - writing a vision, values, understanding barriers to success, articulating your strengths and building on the why of your organization.

Leading Others

  • What builds great teams and what brings good teams down.

  • Learn about performance leadership and performance feedback.

  • Tools and practice for having difficult conversations.

  • Intercultural awareness and communication

  • Understanding generational leadership, what you need to know to lead the next-gen in your workplace.

  • Basic change management theory and tools.

Organizational Leadership & Change

This program is designed to help executives navigate change and lead performance.

  1. Leadership Competences

  2. Leading people (Empowerment)

  3. Understanding Systems

  4. Leading through change (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act)

  5. Leading a culture of change (strategy and execution)

The Organizational Leadership and Change program is designed to help executives navigate change and lead performance.

Strategic Innovation

This Program will provide executives with innovative methods and strategies to engage and leverage organizational change capacity.

  2. Embrace change/challenge the status quo

  3. Utilize evidence based change strategies/practices

  4. Ambidextrous Leadership (Play multiple roles at one time)

  5. Understanding Political Acumen

The Strategic Innovation program will provide executives with innovative methods and strategies to engage and leverage

organizational change capacity.
